Service Description

The Kinesiwell: Integrated Movement Therapy System is a carefully curated series of progressive movement sequences designed to provide efficient, body specific, and safe structural reformations from a vast variety of structural deviations. During this appointment, we will conduct a thorough evaluation of your current condition, assess your goals, and begin the customization of your program.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Cancellation can happen up to 12 hours ahead of time. Please see below for associated fees. Cancellation Policy for Kinesiwell: Integrated Movement Therapy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment. In order to provide the best service to all our clients and to manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notification: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available time slot. The cancellation fee is 25% of service cost. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can simply respond to the text message sent by our system or contact us as soon as possible by texting 682-800-2455 or emailing support@kinesiwell.com. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Please communicate with us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptional circumstances. Multiple Reschedules: Excessive rescheduling of appointments may be subject to review, and we reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee in such cases. Refund Policy: The cancellation fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file. If the cancellation fee is less than 100%, you will be refunded the appropriate percentage of service cost within 14 business days. In scheduling an appointment for therapy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
